丹参多酚辅助治疗伴冠心病的老年2型糖尿病临床疗效分析
Clinical Effect Analysis of Salvia Polyphenols in Adjuvant Treatment of Elderly Type 2 Diabetes with Coronary Heart Disease
【摘要】 目的分析丹参多酚辅助治疗伴冠心病的老年2型糖尿病临床疗效。方法选取2016年8月至2017年6月我院收治的84例2型糖尿病合并冠心病的老年患者为研究对象,按照随机数表法将所选对象分为对照组,观察组两组;两组均采用糖尿病、冠心病常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗基础上加用丹参多酚辅助治疗。观察两组治疗前后血糖、血脂等指标变化以及临床疗效,并分析两组安全性。结果 (1)治疗前两组FPG、2 h PG、TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C等指标比较无明显差异(P>0.05);治疗后两组FPG、2 h PG、TC、TG、LDL-C均明显下降,观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后观察组HDL-C明显高于对照组(P<0.05);(2)观察组临床疗效明显高于对照组(95.23%vs80.95%)(P<0.05);(3)对照组不良反应发生率为4.76%(2例),观察组不良反应发生率为9.52%(4例),两组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论运用丹参多酚辅助治疗老年2型糖尿病伴冠心病患者,可有效改善患者临床症状。
【Abstract】 Objective to analyze clinical effect of salvia polyphenols in adjuvant treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes with coronary heart disease. Methods choose 84 cases elderly type 2 diabetes patients combined with coronary heart disease admitted in our hospital from August 2016 to June 2017 as study objects. Divide them into control and observation group according to random digital table method. Both groups were treated with routine treatment of diabetes and coronary heart disease, observation group with salvia polyphenols on the basis of routine treatment. Observe changes of blood glucose, lipids and clinical effect of two groups before and after treatment, and analyze safety of two groups. Results(1) FPG, 2 h PG, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C showed no significant difference before treatment between two groups(P > 0.05). After treatment, FPG, 2 h PG, TC, TG and LDL-C was significantly decreased of two groups, decrease of observation group was obviously lower than control group,(P< 0.05), and HDL-C of observation group was obviously higher than control group,(P< 0.05).(2) Clinical curative effect of observation group was obviously higher than control group(95.23% vs 80.95%),(P< 0.05).(3) Adverse reactions incidence of control group was 4.76%(2 cases), and that of observation group was 9.52%(4 cases), difference showed no statistical significance between two groups,(P > 0.05). Conclusion salvia polyphenols can improve clinical symptoms effectively in adjuvant treatment of elderly type 2 diabetes patients complicated with coronary heart disease.
