【摘要】 目的:总结英国健康影响评估的成功经验,为我国健康影响评估的发展及健康影响评估制度建设提供借鉴与启示。方法:系统收集健康影响评估国际组织网站及文献中关键信息,梳理英国健康影响评估的定义、发展历程、主要做法以及成功经验。结果和结论:应借鉴英国发展经验,提高政府重视程度,优先建立地区健康影响评估制度,同步进行技术开发与实践探索,鼓励公众参与,建立有效监督机制。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To summarize the successful experience of UK health impact assessment, and to provide references and enlightenment for the development of health impact assessment and the construction of health impact assessment system in China. Methods: It systematically collected key information from health impact assessment websites and literature, and sorted out the definitions, development process, main practices and successful experience of health impact assessment of UK. Results and Conclusion: Drawing on experiences of UK, it needed to strengthen the government’s attention of the HIA, give priority to establishing regional HIA system, carry out technology development and practice exploration simultaneously, encourage public participation and establish an effective monitoring mechanism.更多还原
