【摘要】 移动上网已成为公众的常态生活方式,随着云计算等新一代信息技术的日益成熟,我国图书馆移动服务急需改进和完善,同时现有理论研究存在着与实际相脱节的问题。文章利用Cite Space通过关键词词频和聚类的可视化分析,挖掘我国图书馆移动服务领域研究热点,据此为便于从信息技术、应用服务创新和服务质量三方面阐述其理论研究内容和进展,同时结合我国图书馆移动服务的实际情况进行思索,获得图书馆移动服务的研究发展方向的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mobile Internet has become the normal way of public life, and the new generation of IT such as cloud computing is becoming more and more mature, so the mobile library service now is needing to be improved and perfected, and there is a problem that the existing theoretical research and practice aren’t consistent. Then we mine research hotspots in the field of Chinese library mobile service by using Cite Space software to do keywords frequency analysis and key words clustering analysis. we hereby elaborate the hotspots’ theory research contents and progress from three aspects including information technology research, application service innovation and service quality for convenience of description, and combine with the actual situation of the mobile service for pondering to explore the research direction of mobile service.更多还原
