【摘要】 目的研究分析肝硬化合并糖尿病患者的临床护理方式,为临床护理提供参考。方法对2014年5月—2015年10月来该院接受治疗的肝硬化合并糖尿病患者进行分析研究,将患者分成对照组和观察组,均有30例。对照组使用常规治疗,观察组使用护理干预,对两组的临床护理青年卡进行观察分析,统计患者的睡眠情况和焦虑情况。结果两组患者接受了两个月的观察和治疗,观察组患者的睡眠和焦虑情况改善明显,患者的满意度比对照组优秀,对照组患者的焦虑和睡眠情况没有显著改善,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者的临床治疗效果比对照组优秀,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝硬化合并糖尿病患者接受护理干预能够获得积极的效果,对患者病情改善具有很大帮助,临床中可以推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To research and analyze the clinical nursing method of patients with cirrhosis combined with diabetes thus providing reference for the clinical nursing. Methods 60 cases of patients with cirrhosis and diabetes in our hospital from May 2014 to October 2015 were selected and divided into two groups with 30 cases in each, the control group used the routine therapy, while the observation group used the nursing intervention, and the clinical nursing effect of the two groups was observed and analyzed, and the sleep condition and anxiety condition of patients were counted. Results After two-month observation and treatment, the improvement of sleep and anxiety conditions in the observation group was obvious, and the satisfactory degree of patients is better than that in the control group, and the anxiety and sleep conditions in the control group were not obviously improved, and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05), and the clinical treatment effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05). Conclusion The nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with cirrhosis combined with diabetes can produce a positive effect, which is of great help to the improvement of disease, and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.更多还原
