【摘要】 目的探讨乙型病毒性肝炎并糖尿病患者接受整体护理的临床作用。方法根据2014年10月—2015年10月该院的乙型病毒肝炎并糖尿病90例来分析研究,将这些患者分成对照组和观察组,对照组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者接受常规护理和整体护理,对比分析两组的临床治疗效果和各项指标。结果观察组86.54%(45/52)患者知识掌握度优秀,90.38%(47/52)患者治疗依从性高,有82.69%(43/52)生活方式健康。对照组分别为52.63%(20/98),68.42%(26/38),39.47%(15/38)。观察组患者的知识掌握度、依从性、健康生活的比例高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的临床并发症几率是3.85%,对照组是23.68%,结果差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论整体护理对乙型病毒性肝炎并糖尿病患者的认知度、依从性、生活方式有较大的改善作用,能够优化指标,降低并发症几率,临床中可以进行推广使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the clinical effect of holistic nursing in the nursing of patients with virus B hepatitis and diabetes. Methods 90 cases of patients with virus B hepatitis and diabetes admitted and treated in our hospital from October 2014 to October 2015 were selected and divided into two groups, and the clinical treatment effect and various indicators were compared and analyzed. Results The mastery degree of knowledge of 86.54%(45/52) in the observation group was excellent, and the compliance of 90.38%(47/52) was high, and the lifestyle of 82.69%(43/52) was health, and the indicators in the control group were respectively 52.63%(20/98), 68.42%(26/38), 39.47%(15/38), and the indicators in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the occurrence probability in the observation group and in the control group was respectively 3.85% and 23.68%, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The holistic nursing can greatly improve the awareness rate, compliance and lifestyle of patients with virus B hepatitis and diabetes, and it also can optimize the indicators and reduce the occurrence of complications, and it can be promoted and applied in clinic.更多还原
