【Abstract】 Congenital coarctation of the aorta(Co A) is a congenital macrovascular disease. Most of the untreated Co Apatients died before the age of 30 years. This study presented a 67-year-old patient who was first diagnosed as aorticcoarctation with severe coronary heart disease and was long-term survival. This paper reviewed the diagnosis and treatmentof the patient and reviewed the relevant literature of the diagnosis and treatment.更多还原
