【摘要】 目的对不同种质黄芩药材的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱进行比较研究。方法采用HPLC法对10种不同种质黄芩样品进行测定。利用中国药典委员会颁布的《中药色谱指纹图谱相似度评价系统》(2004 A版)对其进行相似度评价;利用SPSS软件对其进行聚类分析。结果 10种不同种质黄芩药材的指纹图谱共检出11个共有峰,相似度较高,聚类分析可分为三大类。结论不同种质黄芩主要有效成分之间的比例存在较大差异,可利用HPLC指纹图谱技术评价不同种质黄芩药材。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a HPLC method for comparative study on HPLC fingerprints of different germplasm Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi. Methods 10 different germplasm samples of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi were determined by HPLC. The similarity evaluation is carried on different germplasm of Scutellariae Radix by using similarity evaluation system for chromatographic fingerprint of TCM( Version 2004 A) and cluster analysis was carried out by using SPSS software. Results A total of 11 common peaks were detected in the fingerprints of 10 different germplasm Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi,and the similarity was higher. The cluster analysis can be divided into three categories. Conclusion The proportion of main active ingredients in Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi is different,and HPLC fingerprint technology can be used to evaluate the different germplasm of Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi.更多还原
