仪器分析综合性实验设计与探索

【摘要】 对于化学、化工专业的学生,仪器分析是其学习的一门重要课程,根据仪器分析课程特点,结合创新人才培养方式,以及教师的科研课题,开发出具有一定科研性的仪器分析综合性实验,并建立了多元化的考核体系,在实验过程中,学生将自己置于科研工作者的角色去研究实验内容和方法,开发大型仪器的使用,不仅提高了学生的设备使用能力,仪器利用率,培养了学生的科研能力,实际动手操作能力,还激发了学生团队合作能力。仪器分析综合性实验通过在教学实践中的应用,在实践教学中取得了良好的效果,得到学生的好评,为以后仪器分析课程的改革和发展提供了一定的基础。

【Abstract】 More and more high-quality applied talents are required by society,instrumental analysis is an important course to chemical professional students. According to the characteristics of instrumental analysis course,combined with the innovative talent training mode, and teachers ’ scientific research project, a comprehensive and scientific instrumental analysis experiment was designed,a diversified evaluation system was established in this paper. In the process of the experiment,the students put themselves in the scientific research workers to study the experiment contents and methods,and develop the use of large equipment,utilizing ratio of instruments increased. These not only improve the students’ ability to use equipment,cultivate the students’ ability of scientific research and enhance their technique of practical operation,but also inspire the students’ team cooperation ability. This article studies the achievement of the reform in the teaching practice ’s application. These make the good progress in the practice teaching,are obtained student’s high praise,provide fundamental basis for the reform and development of the instrument analysis course in the future.
