【摘要】 将机械制造基础理论课程与工程训练实践课程进行有机整合,达到理论课程主要进行引导、设计实践内容、并将实践结果进行分析、归纳和提升;实践课程主要提供平台、指导操作和实现设计目标的教学效果。以铸造工艺为实施案例,探索理论与实践有机结合的方案、实施方法和教学效果,为其他内容的设计打下坚实的基础和提供参考依据。在铸造工艺教学中,首先进行认知实践,学生通过手工造型浇注小工艺品而获得铸造工艺感性认识;然后,通过铸造工艺基础知识讲座学习铸造工艺原理、工艺和铸件结构设计;其次安排学生根据所学工艺知识自主完成中等复杂程度铸件的造型和铸造工艺过程。建立铸造工艺过程的完整知识体系;最后,通过项目设计制作将3D打印与铸造工艺设计及铸件结构设计与实施有机联系在一起,实现项目的设计、实施和评价。通过在机械和材料控制专业4个班的教学实践,取得了良好效果,学生的收获很大。更多还原

【Abstract】 Theoretical curriculum of mechanical manufacturing foundation and practical curriculum of engineering training are organically integrated,the teaching effects are achieved. The theoretical curriculum focuses on guiding,designing practice contents,and analyzing,concluding and promoting the practice results; and the practical curriculum focuses on providing platform,guiding operation and realizing design objective. Taking casting process as implement case,the scheme,implement method and teaching effect of the theory organically integrated with practice are explored.The solid foundation is laid and the reference frame is provided for the content design of the other chapters. In casting process teaching,the cognition practice is firstly carried out,and students acquire the perceptual knowledge of casting process by casting small handicrafts in hand molding. Then,the foundry process principle,process and structure design of casting process are studied through the lecturing of foundry process foundation. Secondly,students are arranged to complete the molding and casting process of moderately complex castings according to the process knowledge,so the complete knowledge system of casting process has been established; Finally,3 D printing is organically combined with casting process design and casting structure design as well as the implementation by the project design andmanufacturing,project design,implementation and evaluation are realized. Through the teaching practice of four classes in the majors of mechanical manufacturing and material control,the great results have been achieved and students have learned a lot of knowledge.更多还原
