【Abstract】 "Food Machine and Equipment"is a very important course in food science and engineering. It is also the intermediate course to link the professional theory to production practice. The virtual simulation technology is introduced into experimental teaching to solve the problems which exist in the experimental teaching of the course,such as shortage of large machinery and equipment,limitation of using space. It holds some advantages of vividness,immediacy and experimental safety. It can help students learn this course better and understand the importance of mechanical equipment in food processing. This paper mainly expounds the construction of virtual simulation experimental teaching platform,typical application and effect evaluation. The final aim of virtual simulation experimental teaching is to arouse the enthusiasm and cultivate the engineering practice ability and creative ability of the students,and to improve the teaching quality.更多还原
