食品机械与设备虚拟仿真实验教学模式的探索与实践

【摘要】 针对食品机械与设备实验教学中存在大型机械设备短缺、受场地限制等问题,将虚拟仿真技术引入实验教学,充分发挥虚拟仿真实验的生动、直观、安全等优势,促进学生更好地学习这门课程,帮助理解机械设备在食品加工生产过程中的重要性。主要阐述了虚拟仿真实验教学平台的构建、典型应用和效果评价等方面。通过虚拟仿真实验教学模式的探索,激发学生学习的积极性和主动性,提高教学质量,培养学生的工程实践能力和创新能力。

【Abstract】 "Food Machine and Equipment"is a very important course in food science and engineering. It is also the intermediate course to link the professional theory to production practice. The virtual simulation technology is introduced into experimental teaching to solve the problems which exist in the experimental teaching of the course,such as shortage of large machinery and equipment,limitation of using space. It holds some advantages of vividness,immediacy and experimental safety. It can help students learn this course better and understand the importance of mechanical equipment in food processing. This paper mainly expounds the construction of virtual simulation experimental teaching platform,typical application and effect evaluation. The final aim of virtual simulation experimental teaching is to arouse the enthusiasm and cultivate the engineering practice ability and creative ability of the students,and to improve the teaching quality.
