【摘要】 舰船设计方案评估是衡量舰船设计方案优劣的重要手段。针对现有舰船设计方案评估中指标权重确定方面存在的不足,提出了一种新的熵权法和TOPSIS法相结合的舰船设计方案评估方法,建立了多层次的舰船设计方案评估指标体系。在此基础上,将熵权法与TOPSIS法理论相结合,建立了基于熵权TOPSIS法的舰船设计方案评估模型。通过评估实例验证了所建立的舰船设计方案评估模型是合理、有效的。更多还原

【Abstract】 Evaluation of warship design scheme is an important measure to measure the merits of warship design scheme.A new evaluation method of warship design scheme based on entropy weight method and TOPSIS method is proposed to solve the shortcomings of index weight determination in existing ship design scheme evaluation. Based on the entropy weight method and TOPSIS method theory,the evaluation model of warship design scheme based on entropy TOPSIS method is established on the basis of the establishment of multi-level evaluation index system of warship design scheme.Finally,an example is given to demonstrate that the model of warship design scheme is reasonable and effective.更多还原
