固定化Grubbs催化剂用于叶醇的催化分析

【摘要】 设计合成固相Grubbs催化剂。制备了Grubbs催化剂类似物并将其通过聚乙二醇长链(PEG)固定在Merrifield树脂上。以不同底物进行复分解反应验证其催化活性。得到的催化剂经红外表征,重要中间体经核磁鉴定。合成的催化剂未经报道,合成路线稳定可靠,催化反应的操作简单。显示固定化的催化剂可以催化叶醇与苯丙烯的交叉复分解反应。

【Abstract】 To synthesize solid-phase Grubbs catalysts, similar structures of Grubbs catalysts were immobilized on Merrifield resin through polyethylene glycol(PEG) chain. Three supported catalysts were prepared for metathesis reactions of different substrates. The catalysts were characterized by IR. The important intermediates were analyzed by ~1 H NMR. The synthesized catalysts had not been reported before. The synthetic route was reliable and the catalytic reaction was easy to operate. The results showed that the catalysts were suitable for cross-metathesis of leaf alcohols with phenylpropene.
