【摘要】 目的观察中晚期非小细胞肺癌行介入化疗与放疗联合治疗的效果。方法选取中晚期非小细胞肺癌患者80例,根据治疗方法不同分为介入化疗与放疗联合治疗组(联合治疗组)和单纯介入化疗治疗组(单独治疗组)两组,对两组患者的临床疗效、毒副作用、远期疗效进行统计分析。结果联合治疗组总缓解率[87.5%(35/40)]显著高于单独治疗组[60.0%(24/40)](P<0.05),消化道症状、骨髓抑制、放射性肺炎、放射性食道炎发生率[47.5%(19/40)、35.0%(14/40)、32.5%(13/40)、20.0%(8/40)]均显著高于单独治疗组[22.5%(9/40)、15.0%(6/40)、0、0](P<0.05),1年、2年生存率[80.0%(32/40)、57.5%(23/40)]均显著高于单独治疗组[55.0%(22/40)、37.5%(15/40)](P<0.05)。结论中晚期非小细胞肺癌行介入化疗与放疗联合治疗的效果较单纯介入化疗好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate and observe the effect of interventional chemotherapy combined with radiotherapy in the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 80 cases of patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer in our hospital from May 2011 to May 2013 were selected,these patients were divided into interventional chemotherapy and radiotherapy combined treatment group( combined treatment group) and single interventional chemotherapy treatment group( single treatment group) two groups according to the treatment methods,the clinical efficacy,incidences of side effects,long-term efficacy of the two groups were statistically analyzed.
