【摘要】 目的了解青岛地区65岁及以上老年人的高血压患病情况,为开展社区老年高血压防治工作提供科学依据。方法随机筛选2009年6月—2015年6月纳入青岛慢性病高危人群筛查系统中≥65岁的老年人17 539名作为研究对象。计量资料比较采用t检验或方差分析,计数资料比较采用χ2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果 17 539名研究对象的平均收缩压为(135.59±14.77)mm Hg,平均舒张压为(81.94±17.96)mm Hg;≥65岁老年人的高血压患病率为50.0%,其中男性患病率为49.3%,女性患病率为50.7%。男性与女性的高血压患病率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);老年人高血压以1级为主,2级和3级占少数。结论青岛地区65岁及以上老年人的高血压患病率较高,应采取措施降低老年人的血压水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the prevalence of hypertension of over 65-year-old in Qingdao, providing scientific basis for the prevention and treatment of hypertension in the elderly in the community.Methods A total of 17 539 cases randomly selected from June 2009 to June 2015 were chosen as subjects in the study. Quantitative data were compared using t test or analysis of variance and qualitative data were compared using χ2 test.P<0.05 was considered statistically significant.Results The average SBP and DBP of 17 539 subjects were(135.59±14.77) mm Hg and(81.94±17.96) mm Hg, respectively. Hypertension prevalence was 50.0% for all subjects, and the prevalence of men and women was 49.3% and 50.7%. There was no significant difference between men and women when comparing the prevalence of hypertension(P>0.05). The number of Grade 1 was the largest among all hypertension patients, and the number of Grade 2 and 3 was small.Conclusion Hypertension prevalence was high in old people≥65 years, therefore, measures should be taken to reduce the level of blood pressure in the elderly.更多还原
