【摘要】 目的探讨玻璃体内注射康柏西普对不同OCT分型糖尿病黄斑水肿(DME)的临床疗效。方法DME病人74例(74眼),根据OCT分型分为弥漫水肿型(DRT)、囊样水肿型(CME)及并发视网膜脱离型(SRD)3组。所有入组病人给予0.05mg(0.01mL)玻璃体内注射康柏西普(IVC)治疗,注射后测量各组最佳矫正视力(BCVA)和视网膜中央厚度(CRT)。结果随访1年,接受治疗的3组病人CRT均有所减少,BCVA呈上升趋势。DRT组注射后12个月CRT、BCVA最佳,且较CME、SRD组差异有显著性(P<0.05)。SRD组注射后12个月CRT、BCVA最差,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论 3种OCT分型的DME进行IVC治疗均有效。DRT组治疗效果优于另外2种类型,注射次数最少且视力获益最多。SRD组注射次数最多,视力获益最少。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinical effect of intravitreal injection of Conbercept in the treatment of diabetic macular edema(DME)with different optical coherence tomography(OCT)patterns. Methods A total of 74 patients(74 eyes)with DME were enrolled,and according to the OCT pattern,they were divided into diffuse retinal thickening(DRT)group,cystoid macular edema(CME)group,and serous retinal detachment(SRD)group.All patients were treated with intravitreal injection of Conbercept 0.05 mg(0.01 mL),and best corrected visual acuity(BCVA)and central retinal thickness(CRT)were measured after injection. Results After the 1-year follow-up,all groups had a reduction in CRT and an increase in BCVA.The DRT group had the best CRT and BCVA at 12 months after injection,and there were significant differences between this group and the CME/SRD groups(P<0.05).The SRD group had the worst CRT and BCVA at 12 months after injection,and there were significant differences between this group and the CME/DRT groups(P<0.05). Conclusion Intravitreal injection of Conbercept has a certain clinical effect in the treatment of DME with these three OCT patterns.Patients with DRT have a better clinical outcome than those with CME or SRD,with the lowest number of injections and the greatest improvement in eyesight.Patients with SRD have the highest number of injections and the least improvement in eyesight.更多还原
