【摘要】 目的:探究急性脑卒中并睡眠障碍患者的临床特点及其影响因素。方法:选取2014年2月至2017年2月期间,我院收治的112例急性脑卒中患者作为进组研究的对象,其中并睡眠障碍者58例,无睡眠障碍者54例,以此为依据分为2组。评估患者神经功能缺损情况、既往病史、卒中类型、卒中部位以及并发症等对患者睡眠障碍的影响。结果:2组患者卒中类型、卒中部位对睡眠障碍影响分析结果,在卒中类型的比较中,睡眠障碍组发生出血性卒中的概率高于非睡眠障碍组,在卒中部位的比较中,左半球、右半球卒中2组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),2组患者既往慢性病史、并发症、神经功能缺损程度对睡眠障碍影响分析结果,睡眠障碍组肺部感染、尿路感染、高血压、冠心病、糖尿病以及神经功能缺损均高于非睡眠障碍组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:影响急性脑卒中患者并发睡眠障碍的因素众多,更多的影响因素判断需进一步研究证实。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective: To investigate the clinical features and influencing factors of patients with acute stroke and sleep disorder. Methods: From February 2014 to February 2017,112 patients with acute cerebral apoplexy in our hospital were selected as study subjects, including 58 patients with sleep disorders and 54 patients with no sleep disorders. According to this,the patients were divided into two groups. The effects of neurologic impairment,past medical history,type of stroke,location of stroke and complications on sleep disorder were evaluated. Results: The results showed that the incidence of hemorrhagic stroke in the patients with sleep disorders was higher than that in the patients without sleep disorder,and in the comparison of the location of stroke,the left hemisphere,the incidence of hemorrhagic stroke in the patients with sleep disorders was higher than that in the patients with no sleep disorders,in the comparison of stroke types,the incidence of hemorrhagic stroke was higher in the patients with sleep disorders. There was no significant difference between the two groups in the history of chronic diseases,complications and the degree of neurological impairment in the right hemispheric stroke group( P > 0. 05). The results showed that pulmonary infection,urinary tract infection,hypertension,coronary heart disease in sleep disorder group. The diabetes mellitus and the nerve function defect were higher than the non-sleep disorder group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: There are many factors affecting the incidence of sleep disorders in patients with acute stroke,and more influence factors need to be further confirmed.更多还原
