微小RNA在衰老及衰老性疾病发生发展中的调控作用
The regulation of miRNA in the development of aging and aging related diseases
【摘要】 近年来,随着表观遗传学的发展,微小RNA(miRNA)在基因表达调控方面的作用已经成为研究热点。miRNA是机体内一类高度保守的内源性非编码单链小分子RNA,它可以通过降解靶mRNA或抑制靶蛋白翻译以调控基因的表达。本文主要围绕miRNA在衰老及衰老相关性疾病(神经退行性疾病、骨质疏松、动脉粥样硬化和肿瘤等)发生发展中的调控作用以及中药的干预作用作一综述。
【Abstract】 In recent years, with the development of epigenetics, the regulation role of micro RNAs(miRNAs) in gene expression has become a hotspot in research. miRNAs are a class of short endogenous, single-stranded, non-coding small RNA molecules that regulate gene expression by degrading target mRNA or inhibiting target protein translation. This paper focuses on the role of miRNAs in the development of aging and aging-related diseases(neurodegenerative diseases, osteoporosis, atherosclerosis and tumor, etc.) and the intervention of traditional Chinese medicine on them.
