【摘要】 目的:分析胰岛素治疗对妊娠期合并糖尿病患者改善妊娠结局中的效果。方法:选择某院2014年3月~2016年2月期间某院收治的76例妊娠期糖尿病患者为对象,根据患者病情程度及治疗意愿分为甲乙两组,甲组采用饮食加运动疗法,乙组在此基础上进行胰岛素治疗,对比患者血糖控制效果及妊娠结局情况。结果:两组患者分娩时空腹血糖及餐后2h血糖均明显低于初诊时数值,且分娩时乙组血糖控制效果优于甲组(P<0.05);乙组剖宫产率及不良妊娠解决发生率均低于甲组,对比差异有统计学意义。结论:针对妊娠期合并糖尿病患者采取胰岛素治疗,可有效控制患者血糖水平,优化患者分娩结局,对提高分娩质量来说具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To analyze the effect of insulin therapy in improving pregnancy outcome in patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.Methods:76 cases of gestational diabetes patients treated in a hospital from March 2014 to February 2016 year were selected as the research object and divided into group A and group B according to the patient’s condition and treatment will.The group A was given diet and exercise therapy,and the group B was given insulin therapy on the basis of control group,then the effect of blood glucose control and pregnancy outcome between the two groups were compared.Results:In the two groups,the fasting blood glucose and 2 hours postprandial blood glucose in labor were significantly lower than those in the first diagnosis,and the blood glucose control effect of group B was better than that of group A(P<0.05).In group B,cesarean section rate and the incidence of adverse pregnancy solution were lower than group A,with statistically significant difference.Conclusion:Insulin treatment for patients with gestational diabetes mellitus can effectively control blood glucose level and optimize the delivery outcome of patients with gestational diabetes mellitus.It is of great significance for improving the quality of delivery.更多还原
