【摘要】 随着低碳观念的深入,低碳城市建设逐渐成为近年来国内外研究的热点领域之一。尽管我国与西方发达国家城市发展的历史和现状、地域空间结构、产业结构、资源禀赋等方面存在一定的差异,但发达国家在城市化进程中的低碳发展政策和实践为我国提供了重要参考。如何将国外城市低碳发展的经验融入到国内城市化的进程中,以中国特色的城市低碳发展战略推动城市转型是一个值得思考的重要现实问题。结合温哥华市在绿色低碳城市方面的政策措施,从城市绿地规划、低碳建筑、低碳交通规划与设计、社区能源规划等方面对温哥华低碳城市建设的实践经验进行总结和剖析;结合我国城市规划和建设中存在的突出问题,从低碳城市顶层设计、差别化的低碳理念、公众参与、土地功能区的适度混合与完善城市交通网络等方面提出未来我国低碳城市建设的主要思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the deepening of low-carbon concept,low-carbon city becomes one of the hot spots in recent years at home and abroad. Although there exist differences in the history and present situation,regional space structure,industrial structure and resources endowment between west and China,low-carbon development policies and practices during the urbanization process of developed countries provide important references for China’s cities. How to integrate foreign low-carbon development experiences into China’s urbanization and promote urban transformation with low-carbon strategies with Chinese characteristics is an important problem in the future.Based on the policies and strategies of low-carbon city in Vancouver,This paper summarized the low-carbon practices in Vancouver such as green space system planning,low-carbon building,and low-carbon transportation planning and neighborhood energy system.Combining the problems existing in China’s urban planning and construction,the main thoughts of future low-carbon development in China was put forward in the following aspects: top level design of low-carbon city,different low-carbon concept,public participation,proper mixing of land functional areas and improving urban transportation networks.更多还原
