【Abstract】 The construction of clay core wall is of vital importance to the quality of earth and rock dam project. QC group activities are implemented in order to ensure the construction quality,strive for high quality project,and improve the cofferdamclay core wall construction quality. Two main reasons of improper compaction combination and unreasonable tamping machine use are discovered. Corresponding measures are formulated and implemented,thereby achieving intended target.
