柱梁板整体浇筑与柱、梁板分开浇筑时满堂支撑架受力分析与比较
Analysis and Comparison of the Force of the Full Support Frame for the Integral Pouring of the Column-beam Slab and the Separate Pouring of the Column and Beam Slab
【摘要】 满采用有限元软件MIDAS/gen分析现浇框架结构混凝土浇筑时采用2种不同施工方案产生的位移情况和应力情况,分析表明对高度超过一定的满堂支撑架应采用先浇柱,待柱达到一定强度后拆除柱支架及模板,再搭满堂支撑架,后浇梁板的方案,为选择合适的满堂支撑架施工方案提供理论参考。
【Abstract】 The finite element software Midas Gen is used to analyze the concrete pouring construction of cast-in-place frame structure with two different application schemes The displacement situation and stress situation of the back-pouring beam plate of the full house support frame hane beou obtained,the analysis shows that the full support frame with a height exceeding a certain height should adopt the first pouring column,after the column reaches a certain strength,the pillar bracket and the formwork can be removed,and then the plan of supporting the post pouring beam. It provides a theoretical reference for selecting the suitable construction scheme of the full support frame.
