跨高速箱梁顶升施工技术研究
Study of Construction Technique for Jacking of Box Girders Crossing Expressway
【摘要】 因桥下净空不足,为避免梁底局部刮擦,对混凝土连续箱梁进行调坡顶升,通过荷载计算和千斤顶配置,采取了循环顶升的方案,以保证各墩台处保持速度与位移量按比例顶升,从而避免不均匀顶升造成梁体构件的破坏。
【Abstract】 Because of the problems form the clearance of bridge,in order to avoid local scratch of the bottom,measures for concrete continuous box girder lifting were adopted. Through the allocation of load calculation and jack,this paper takes the circular jacking scheme to ensure each pier maintain speed and displacement amount according to the proportion of top rise,so as to avoid uneven jacking caused by box girder component failure.
