【摘要】 为寻求组织发展,NPO尝试创办社会企业可成为一种趋势。在创业初期,NPO需要分析内外部多种基础要素,以考量创业的条件,而"PCDO"创业模式可作为一个整合性的分析架构。为弥补本土实证研究的不足,本文运用探索性案例研究,以X社会工作服务机构创办的Y组织作为研究对象。研究发现,NPO在创业初期,需要具备一定的基础要素,除评估包含人员、机会/交易、环境/事件要素,更要以清晰的使命为核心要素,平衡以上各要素中不同意涵面向的考量与计算。据此,本文修订了原"PCDO"创业模型,提出NPO初创社会企业的"M-PCDO"基础要素架构,并解释了不同要素的意涵。该架构可对尝试开展社会创业的NPO提供参照,也可供后续研究之用。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to promote the development of organizations, NPO’s attempting to establish a social enterprise may become a trend. In the early stage of the venture, the NPO needs to analyze various internal and external basic factors to consider the conditions of entrepreneurship, and the "PCDO" entrepreneurial model can be used as an integrated analytical framework. In order to make up for the lack of local empirical research, this paper uses the exploratory case study to investigate the Y organization founded by X social work service organization. It is found that in the early startup of the NPO, the NPO needs to have certain basic elements. In addition to assessing the factors including personnel, opportunities/transactions, and environmental/event factors, it is necessary to use a clear mission as the core element to balance the different meanings of the above elements. Based on the founding, this paper revised the original ‘PCDO’ entrepreneurial model, proposed the ‘M-PCDO’ basic element structure of the starting-up NPO social enterprise, and explained the meanings of different elements.
