微型近红外光谱技术在白芍快速检验方面的应用

【摘要】 目的建立一种微型近红外光谱技术快速判别白芍药材品质合格与否的方法。方法对106批次白芍药材样品采用HPLC法测定芍药苷的含量,同时采用微型近红外光谱仪采集样品光谱,根据药材芍药苷含量大于或小于1.2%,将药材区分为合格与不合格两类,采用偏最小二乘法判别分析(PLSDA)建立合格与不合格药材判别模型,并采用训练集样本对模型预测能力进行外部验证,以识别率和拒绝率为模型评价参数。结果模型验证集、校正集及训练集的识别率和拒绝率均达100%。结论微型近红外光谱技术能准确、快速判别白芍药材的质量。本研究对快速鉴别药材质量具有指导意义。

【Abstract】 Objective To establish a micro near infrared(NIR) spectroscopy approach for rapid discrimination of qualified or unqualified Paeoniae radix alba. Methods The contents of paeoniflorin in 106 batches of samples were determined by HPLC, and the NIR spectra of the samples were recorded by micro near infrared spectroscopy. The samples with paeoniflorin contents greater than 1.2 % are qualified and the others are unqualified. PLSDA method was used to establish the discrimination model for qualified and unqualified samples, and the samples in the training set was used to verify the predictive power of the developed model, using the reject rate and recognition rate as evaluating indicators. Results The recognition rates and reject rates of validation set, calibration set and training set all reached 100 %. Conclusion Micro near-infrared spectroscopy can identify qualified and unqualified Paeoniae radix alba samples accurately and rapidly. The study is instructive for rapid quality idectification of Chinese medicinal materials.
