无应力状态法在斜拉桥索力调整中的应用
THE APPLICATION OF STRESS-FREE STATE METHOD IN CABLE FORCE ADJUSTMENT OF CABLE-STAYED BRIDGE
【摘要】 斜拉桥的索力对斜拉桥的线形和内力有较大的影响,为使斜拉桥很好地满足其合理成桥状态,基于无应力状态法理论,首先阐述无应力索长的计算方法;再以此为基础,提出拉索索力调整的新方法。同时,结合有限元分析和实际工程实例对此方法的可靠性进行了验证。实践表明:基于无应力状态法理论的方法进行索力调整,其精度远高于其他方法,诸如前进分析法、倒退分析法、影响矩阵法等;此方法具有计算工作量小、简单实用、不受索力调整顺序影响等优点,索力调整完成后,主梁、桥塔应力更加趋于斜拉桥合理成桥状态对应的结果,具有较强的可靠性和适用性,所得结论可为斜拉桥的索力调整提供参考。
【Abstract】 The cable force of cable-stayed bridge has a great influence on the linear and internal forces of cable-stayed bridge. In order to make the cable-stayed bridge well meet the reasonable bridge state,based on the theory of stress-free state method,the calculation of stress-free cable length Based on this,a new method of cable tension adjustment is put forward. At the same time,the reliability of this method is verified with finite element analysis and practical engineering examples. The practice shows that the adjustment of cable force based on the theory of unstressed state method is far more accurate than other methods,such as forward analysis,backward analysis,and influence matrix method. This method has the advantages of less computational load,simple and practical,Not affected by the order of adjustment of the cable force,etc. After the adjustment of the cable force is completed,the stress of the main girder and the bridge tower tends to be corresponding to the reasonable bridge state of the cable-stayed bridge and has strong reliability and applicability. The conclusions obtained may be Cable-stayed bridge cable adjustment to provide a reference.
