【摘要】 目的构建基于医院的经皮冠状动脉介入治疗术后患者健康管理应用程序。方法开发名为"心活力"的移动应用程序,检索目前关于冠心病的应用程序及相关研究性文献,提取整合文献、手册、指南等内容,确定软件各模块内容。与软件开发团队合作,对应用程序的界面及功能进行修改和完善;对应用程序进行调试,更新上线,帮助患者安装使用。结果构建形成心活力APP包括健康百科、知心知己、心脏康复、支架助手等模块,实现疾病知识、康复知识的健康教育,危险因素的自我监测、用药提醒、医院随访等功能。结论 "心活力"健康管理应用程序利用移动技术为患者出院后继续提供疾病相关信息以及科学的疾病健康管理指导,避免盲目的信息选择,帮助患者动态地自我监测,有效缓解患者居家压力,实现智能化的延续性护理。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To develop a hospital-based health management application for patients after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods After literature review and searching of applications for coronary heart disease, we identified the contents and different sections of the App named Heart Strength then we cooperated with software development team for the improvement of the operation interface and function of the App. After the debugging and updating, the App was introduced to the patients. Results The developed App consisted of several parts such as Health Knowledge, Know Your Heart, Heart Rehabilitation and Stent Support, which help patients to know more about the disease, health education of rehabilitation, self-monitoring of risk factors, medication information and follow-up. Conclusion The developed App provides information and health education for patients after PCI, helps them monitor the condition dynamically and provides intelligent extended nursing service for the patients.更多还原
