【摘要】 目的探讨单纯神经内镜下切除环脑干复发表皮样囊肿的手术经验。方法回顾性分析5例单纯应用神经内镜切环脑干复发的表皮样囊肿患者的临床资料、切除术程度、术后并发症等,以及随访观察情况。结果术中全切2例,近全切3例,术后均未出现新发神经功能障碍,1例出现无菌性脑膜炎。随访时间1～4年,均未见明显复发。结论单纯神经内镜切除环脑干复发表皮样囊肿是安全、有效的,可多角度观察,减少对脑组织和神经的牵拉,尤其是切除脑干腹侧病变优势明显。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the surgical experience of excision of epidermoid cysts with recurrence around the brainstem under neuroendoscope alone.Methods The clinical data of5 cases of epidermoid cyst with recurrent around the brainstem were analyzed retrospectively,the results of resection and postoperative complications under neuroendoscope alone were followed up.Results Total resection was performed in 2 cases and nearly total resection was performed in3 cases.All the cases showed no new neurological dysfunction and 1 case showed aseptic meningitis.All the cases were follow-up for 1-4 years,and no recurrence was found.Conclusion Neuroendoscopy alone is safe and effective to remove the epidermoid cysts with recurrence around the brainstem,by which the lesion can be observed from multiple angles and reduce the pulling on brain tissue and nerves,especially for the removal of the ventral lesion of the brain stem.更多还原
