【摘要】 采用样线、样方法于2016和2017年的5~8月对茂兰国家级自然保护区内两栖类物种多样性进行调查。结果显示:茂兰自然保护区有两栖动物31种,隶属2目7科17属,物种多样性指数为0.29;实验区中板寨两栖动物的种类最多,有23种,其次核心区中的白鹇山和实验区的甲乙区,分别有18种和16种,物种最少的是核心区的干排和缓冲区的肯地,均只有8种两栖类动物;不同样区内物种多样性差异产生的原因是与生境、海拔高度及人为干扰有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 To understand the current status of amphibian species diversity of Maolan national nature reserve,the quadrate method and line intercept method was adopted to investigate the amphibian species in May-August 2016 and 2017.The results show that there have 31 species of amphibians in Maolan nature reserve.The species belong to 17 genera,7 families,the species diversity index was 0.29.Total of 23 amphibians species distributed in the experimental area of Banzhai village,followed by the core area of Baixianshan mountain and experimental area of Jiayi,there were 18 and 16 species.There have the fewest species in the core of Ganpai and the buffer zone of Kendi,only 8 amphibians species distributed in.The differences in different zones of the species diversity are related to the habitat,altitude and human disturbance.更多还原
