氧弹热量计型式评价中关键技术指标的研究探讨

【摘要】 热容量长期稳定性作为氧弹热量计的关键技术指标之一,在早期的计量型式评价中并未将其作为必测项纳入。探讨了JJF1015-2014《计量器具型式评价大纲通用规范》中将热容量长期稳定性纳入型式评价测试项目的可行性及其实际意义,从资料审查、样机实验测试介绍了型式评价检测项的实测应用,同时在电磁兼容及安全方面考虑与其他第三方权威测试机构联合以期加强型式评价,从而对提升国有量热仪品质起到推进作用。

【Abstract】 Long-term stability of heat capacity is one of the key technical indicators of oxygen bomb calorimeter,which has not been included in the evaluation of early measurement type.In JJF1015-2014 General Specification for Metrological Appraisal Outline,the feasibility and practical meaning of bringing the long-term stability of heat capacity into pattern evaluation test items were discussed,the conformity assessment test of actual application from the data review and prototype test was introduced,while from aspects such as electromagnetic compatibility and safety considerations,other third-party testing organizations should be united to strengthen the pattern evaluation,therefore,the quality of national calorimeter could be promoted.
