露天台阶爆破合理超深数值模拟与分析
Numerical Simulation and Analysis of Reasonable Sub-drilling on Open Bench Blasting
【摘要】 在其他孔网参数不变的情况下,只改变超深和底盘抵抗线,用LS-DYNA建立了抵抗线为600 cm和550 cm,超深为0、25、50、75、100、125、150、175、200 cm的18组计算模型,并通过LS-Prepost进行分析。结果表明:在抵抗线一定的情况下,超深存在临界值,超过临界值,坡底的应力值增幅减小;同时,随着底盘抵抗线的减小,坡底的应力值随之增大。
【Abstract】 Under the condition of other hole network parameters unchanged, only the sub-drilling and bench bottom burdens were changed. The bench bottom burdens of 6 m and 5.5 m were established with LS-DYNA, the sub-drilling were 0, 25, 500, 750, 100, 125, 150, 175, 200 cm, 18 groups of computational models were establishe and analyzed by LS-Prepost. The results show that there is a critical value for the sub-drilling under a certain of bench bottom burdens. When the critical value is exceeded, the increase of the stress on the bottom decreases. At the same time, as the bench bottom burdens decreases, the stress on the bottom increases.
