大采高工作面端头无机注浆加固技术研究
Research on Grouting Reinforcement Techniques at End of Working Face with Large Mining Height
【摘要】 提出了无机注浆加固技术进行工作面端头围岩的控制方案,采用新型无机注浆材料替代高分子注浆材料。现场工业性试验结果表明,采用无机注浆加固技术以后,大采高工作面片帮量大大减少,达到了防止煤壁片帮的要求,端头围岩破碎状况得到显著改善,技术与经济优势显著。
【Abstract】 The control method of inorganic grouting reinforcement technology for the end of working face surrounding rock is put forward. The new inorganic grouting material is used instead of high polymer grouting material. The results of industrial test showed that after the inorganic grouting reinforcement technology, the amount of coal wall caving in large mining height face have reduced and reached requirements preventing coal wall spalling, and the crushing condition of the surrounding rock is obviously improved. The technical and economic advantages are remarkable.
