【Abstract】 In this paper,the defects of connection hooks caused by initial processing method was analyzed.According to the characteristics of connection hooks,the forming steps were improved as:cutting off→bending of the top→bending of the left→correction of the head.And the automatic forming die of connection hooks was designed.The connection hooks formed by the improved die had stable qualities.The production efficiency was high.更多还原
