【摘要】 探讨降低集聚纱条干CV_b的措施。简述了条干CV与CV_b的关系;分析了半制品质量、细纱牵伸区域工艺和专件对集聚纺纱线条干CVb的影响,对实际生产中出现的问题进行了对比分析试验,并提出了解决措施。指出:控制好条干CV_b应针对集聚纺纱机的结构和特点,重点加强对牵伸系统和关键纺纱专件的台差、眼差、锭差的控制,特别是易损件的维护、更换工作。认为:加强质量、设备、运转等基础管理工作,才能充分发挥出集聚纺的优势。更多还原

【Abstract】 The measures to decrease evenness CV_b of condensed spun yarn were discussed.The relationship between evenness CVand CVb was reviewed.The influences of semi-finished product quality,spinning draft area technology and specific equipment on the evenness CVbof condensed spun yarn were analyzed.The problems existed in practical production were compared and analyzed through experiment.Solving measures were put forward.It is pointed out that the evenness CVbshould be well controlled aimed at the construction and properties of condensed spinning machine.The control of draft system and the set difference,eye difference and spindle difference of key spinning specific equipment should be emphatically strengthened,especially for the maintenance and replacement of easy broken parts.It is considered that play can be given fully to the advantages of condensed spinning by strengthening the basic management work of quality,equipment,running and so on.更多还原
