【Abstract】 The bases for the treatment of Henoch-Schonlein Purpura( HSP) mainly are symptomatic,such as anti-anaphylaxis,vitamin and calcium supplement. However,the therapies for those who have involvement of severe arthritis,gastrointestinal complications and nephritis should be personalized,including corticosteroid,immunosuppressant,decoagulants,plasmapheresis,traditional Chinese mdicine and so on,which is reviewed in this article.更多还原
