【摘要】 目的探讨远程护理干预对居家青光眼患者身心状况的影响。方法选择本院2017年1月至2017年9月收治的86例青光眼患者,随机分为观察组和对照组各43例。对照组实施常规护理方案,观察组在此基础上实施远程护理干预,并将两组护理前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分进行对比,同时对比两组护理前后生活质量(QOL)评分及患者治疗依从性。结果护理后观察组焦虑自评量表SAS、抑郁自评量表SDS评分均明显低于对照组(t=-8.378、P=0.000,t=-8.231、P=0.000);护理前两组QOL评分比较差异无统计学意义;护理后观察组QOL评分明显高于对照组(t=7.819、P=0.000);观察组医嘱依从、饮食依从、用药依从、治疗依从、运动依从等依从率均明显高于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论远程护理干预的实施对居家青光眼患者具有重要意义,有利于消除患者焦虑、抑郁心理,提升其治疗依从性,进一步改善生活质量,具备较高实施意义与应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of remote nursing intervention on the physical and mental state of the patients with glaucoma. Methods 86 glaucoma patients were selected as the research subjects from January 2017 to September 2017. All the enrolled patients were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,43 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing plan,and the observation group were implemented remote nursing intervention. The two groups were compared before and after the SAS and SDS scores. Meanwhile,the quality of life scores before and after the treatment were compared. Results After nursing the scores of SAS and SDS in the observation group were significantly lower than those of control group( t =-8. 378,P = 0. 000,t =-8. 231,P = 0. 000). There was no significant difference in QOL score between the pre nursing observation group and control group,and the QOL score of the observation group after nursing was significantly higher than control group( t = 7. 819,P =0. 000). Compliance rate,medication compliance,medication adherence,treatment compliance and sports compliance of the study group were significantly higher than those of the control group( all P < 0. 05).Conclusion The implementation of remote nursing intervention is significant for patients with glaucoma at home.
