【摘要】 目的探讨甲硫氨酸维B1注射液治疗癫痫患者的效果及对患者抗氧化应激指标的影响。方法选取2015年4月至2016年3月本院收治的114例癫痫患者,随机分为观察组、对照组各57例,两组患者均给予左乙拉西坦治疗,观察组同时给予甲硫氨酸维B1注射液治疗,对比两组临床疗效、血浆总抗氧化力(T-Aoc)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)。结果治疗24w后,观察组的临床控制率26.32%、显效45.61%均高于对照组的15.79%、35.09%,差异具有统计学意义(均P<0.05),观察组的脑电图(EEG)检查控制率43.89%高于对照组的24.56%(均P<0.05);治疗前,观察组和对照组的血浆T-Aoc、SOD、MDA、GSH-PX的水平差异无统计学意义(均P>0.05);治疗24w后,观察组的T-Aoc、SOD、GSH-PX的水平均高于对照组(均P<0.05),MDA水平均低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论甲硫氨酸维B1注射液治疗癫痫患者能加强患者的抗氧化能力,有助于提高临床治疗效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study methionine vitamin B₁ injection in the treatment of elderly patients with epilepsy and its effect on patients with oxidative stress index. Method 114 cases of elderly patients with epilepsy from April 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital, were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 57 cases in each group, two groups of patients were given levetiracetam treatment, the observation group was given methionine vitamin B₁ injection treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect, plasma total antioxidant capacity（T-Aoc）, serum superoxide dismutase（SOD）, malondialdehyde（MDA）, glutathione peroxidase（GSH-PX）. Results After 24 weeks of treatment, the observation group clinical control rate was 26.32%, effective in 45.61% were higher than the control group 15.79%, 35.09%, the difference was statistically significant（P<0.05）, to observe the electroencephalogram（EEG）group control rate was 43.89% higher than that of the control group 24.56%（P<0.05）; before treatment, no statistically significant difference between the observation group and the plasma levels of T-Aoc, according to group SOD, MDA and GSH-PX level（P>0.05）; after 24 weeks of treatment, the observation group T-Aoc, SOD and GSH-PX levels were higher than the control group（P<0.05）, MDA levels were lower than the control group（P<0.05）. Conclusion Methionine vitamin B₁ injection treatment can enhance the antioxidant capacity of patients with epilepsy in the elderly patients, help to improve the clinical treatment effect.更多还原
