传感器径向安装检测转子轴向位移的试验

【摘要】 在磁悬浮轴承中,经常采用转子轴向位移轴向检测的方法,但是不能满足某些空间受限场合的应用要求。针对此问题,本试验采用在转子回转表面加工台阶,传感器径向安装在台阶处,研究了不同安装间隙、不同高度台阶、不同转子径向位移情况下对转子轴向位移测量结果的影响。试验结果表明,在传感器线性测量范围内,传感器输出电压与转子轴向位移成正比,利用径向安装传感器对转子轴向位移进行测量的方法是可行的。

【Abstract】 In the magnetic bearings,often used the method of axial displacement of rotor in axial detection,but it can not meet the application requirements of some space constrained occasions. In this paper,in order to solve this problem,the rotor rotation surface machining step is used,and the sensor is installed at the step in the step. The influence of different installation gap,different height step and rotor radial displacement on rotor axial displacement measurement is studied. The experimental results show that the sensor output voltage is proportional to the axial displacement of the rotor in the measurement range. It is feasible to measure the axial displacement of the rotor by using the radial mounting sensor.
