不同比例复合微量元素添加剂对皖西白鹅产蛋性能和孵化性能的影响
Effects of different different composite additive of trace elements level on laying performance and hatchability of Wanxi white geese
【摘要】 选择3年龄成年皖西白鹅产蛋种鹅90只(18公72母),分成3个处理组:对照组、试验1组和试验2组,每组30只,设6个重复,每个重复5只(1公4母)。对照组饲喂原场基础日粮不添加任何成分;试验1组在基础日粮中添加复合微量元素添加剂2.5kg/t饲料;试验2组添加复合微量元素添加剂5kg/t饲料。试验预试7d,进行微调直至各组种鹅产蛋差异不显著,正试期71d。结果表明:试验1组种鹅产蛋率、日采食量、料蛋比与对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验2组种鹅产蛋率比对照组高,料蛋比比对照组低,差异显著(P<0.05);蛋重、日采食量比对照组有一定程度的提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验1组入孵种蛋数、种鹅蛋受精率、入孵蛋孵化率、入孵蛋健雏率和对照组差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验2组入孵种蛋数比对照组高,且差异显著(P<0.05);试验2组种鹅蛋受精率、入孵蛋孵化率、入孵蛋健雏率比对照组都有一定程度的提高,但差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验1组种鹅只均利润比对照组少14.27元,试验2组种鹅只均利润比对照组多114.03元。整个试验期间,试验2组日粮饲喂皖西白鹅种鹅繁殖性能最高。
【Abstract】 90 Wanxi white breeding geese (3 years old)were randomly assigned to three reatments with six replicates each,5 birds per replicate.Three reatments were the control group(basic ration),group 1(the whole period composite additive of trace elements 2.5 kg/t),group 2(the whole period composite additive of trace elements 5 kg/t).The experiment lasted for 71 days.Results showed that:compared with the control group,laying rate,daily feed intake and the ratio of feed to egg had no significant changes in group 1(P>0.05).The laying rate of group 2 were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and ratio of feed to egg were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The egg weight,daily feed intake of group 2 were higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).Compared with the control group,the hatching eggs,fertility rate,hatching rate and healthy goose seedling had no significant changes in group 1(P>0.05).The hatching eggs in group 2 were higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The fertility rate,hatching rate and healthy goose seedling of group 2 were higher than that of the control group(P>0.05).The average profit of group 1 were less than that of the control group by 14.27 yuan.The average profit of group 2 were higher than that of the control group by 114.03 yuan.Throughout the trial period,reproductive performance of the group 2 was the best.
