油茶壳原花青素提取工艺优化

【摘要】 油茶壳中富含原花青素,而原花青素具有良好的抗氧化活性等生理功能。本研究探讨了料液比、提取温度、乙醇浓度、提取时间等因素对油茶壳原花青素提取效果的影响,并在此基础上采用正交实验进行了油茶壳中原花青素超声波辅助提取工艺的优化。结果表明料液比为1∶8(g/m L)、乙醇体积分数为40%、提取温度为70℃、提取时间为60min时,提取效果最佳,原花青素的提取率为2.05%。该研究结果可为油茶壳资源的综合开发利用提供参考。

【Abstract】 Camellia oleifera shells are rich in procyanidins,while proanthocyanidins have good physiological functions such as antioxidant activity.In this study,the effects of the ratio of material to liquid,extraction temperature,ethanol concentration and extraction time on the extraction efficiency were investigated.On this basis,orthogonal experiment was used to optimize the ultrasonic-assisted extraction process of Proanthocyanidins from Camellia oleifera shell.The results showed that when the ratio of material to liquid was 1 ∶ 8(g/mL),the volume fraction of ethanol was 40%,the extraction temperature was 70 ℃,and the extraction time was 60 min,the extraction efficiency of procyanidins was 2.05%.The research results can provide reference for the comprehensive development and utilization of Camellia shell resources.
