【摘要】 农村劳动力流动与产业转型协调发展是实现经济持续发展与城市化质量提升的重要路径。文章通过构建农村劳动力流动指数与产业转型综合指数,测算了辽宁省2006-2014年农村劳动力流动与产业转型指数的变动水平及协调程度。结果显示,农村劳动力流动指数不断下降而产业转型综合指数基本稳定,两者处于中低度协调且不断下降。因此,辽宁省既需要加快城市公共服务均等化,提高农村流动劳动力城市融入度,又需要加快产业转型升级,最终实现农村劳动力流动与产业转型高度协调。更多还原

【Abstract】 Coordinated development of rural labor migration and industrial transformations is one important path to achieve sustainable economic development and improve the quality of urbanization. In this paper, we constructed the rural labor flow index and comprehensive index of industry transformation by measuring the coordinated degree of rural labor migration and industrial transformations in Liaoning province from 2006 to 2014. We found that the rural labor flow index is decreasing continuously and industrial transformation index is basically stable. They are in the low-grade coordination and decreasing continuously.Therefore, we need to speed up the equalization of urban public service in Liaoning province in order to improve the flow of rural labor force into the city, and we need to speed up the transformation and upgrade industry to realize the high coordination of industry transformation and rural labor mobility.更多还原
