【摘要】 目的研究精神分裂症高危人群与急性发作期认知功能受损情况。方法对2016年05月～2018年05月在靖江第二人民医院就诊的首次发病的精神分裂症患者28例、高危人群28例及健康志愿者28例进行连线测验、符号编码测验、词语学习、空间广度、及持续操作测验。结果三组被试的连线测验、符号编码测验、词语学习、空间广度、简易视觉空间记忆测验及持续操作测验得分比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比:首发患者及超高危人群连线测验、符号编码测验、词语学习、空间广度、简易视觉空间记忆测验及持续操作测验得分较低(P<0.05);与超高危人群相比,首发患者的符号编码测验、词语学习、空间广度及简易视觉空间记忆测验得分较低(P<0.05)。结论精神分裂症超高危人群存在明显的认知功能受损,随着病情加重逐渐加重。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the cognitive function of patients with the first episode schizophrenia and Ultra-high-risk for Psychosis and figure out the cognitive function of schizophrenia in different periods and related factors.Methods collected thirty patients with first episode schizophrenia and thirty Ultra-high-risk people for Psychosis who were treated in Jingjiang Second People’s Hospital from May 2016 to May 2018 and thirty wellmatched healthy controls,who were assessed with Cognitive test,including Train Making Test,Brief Assessment of Cognition in Schizophrenia,Hopkins Verbal Learning Test,Wechsler Working Memory,Brief visuospatial Memory Test,Continuous Performance Test-Identical Pairs.Results The difference of the scores of Train Making Test,Brief Assessment of Cognition in Schizophrenia,Hopkins Verbal Learning Test,Wechsler Working Memory,Brief visuospatial Memory Test,Continuous Performance Test-Identical Pairs in three groups was significant.Compared with the control group,both the first episode group and UHR group showed worse performance in Train Making Test,Brief Assessment of Cognition in Schizophrenia,Hopkins Verbal Learning Test,Wechsler Working Memory,Brief visuospatial Memory Test,Continuous Performance Test-Identical Pairs(P<0.05),compared with the UHR group,first episode group showed worse performance in Brief Assessment of Cognition in Schizophrenia,Hopkins Verbal Learning Test,Wechsler Working Memory and Brief visuospatial Memory Test(P<0.05).Conclusion Widespread cognitive impairments exist in ultrahigh-risk psychosis and the impairments may start before the onset of the disease,and cognitive function will aggravate with the progression of the disease.更多还原
