周细胞与原发性神经退行性疾病相关性研究进展
Correlation between Pericytes and Primary Neurodegenerative Diseases
【摘要】 周细胞是神经血管单元的重要组成之一,在血脑屏障的形成及其功能的维持、血管生成及稳定毛细血管血流量的调控中发挥着重要作用。研究表明中枢神经系统周细胞缺失所导致的血脑屏障损害和脑灌注不足,可能是引起或加速原发性神经退行性疾病的原因。探究两者之间的关系,有利于深化对原发性神经退行性疾病发生发展机制的认识,以及治疗方法或药物新靶点有十分重要的意义。文中对周细胞的来源、定位、特点、标记物、功能及其在原发性神经退行性疾病中的研究进行综述。
【Abstract】 Pericytes are important components of neurovascular units, which play a vital role in blood-brain barrier formation and maintenance, angioarchitecture and vascular stability, regulation of capillary blood flow. Studies have shown that loss of pericytes in the central nervous system would lead to impairment of the blood-brain barrier and cerebral hypoperfusion, may be the reason for causing or accelerating progression of the primary neurodegenerative disease. Exploring the relationship between them would be meaningful for a thorough understanding and new therapeutic methods research of primary neurodegenerative diseases. The origin, location, characteristics, markers, function of pericytes and their research in primary neurodegenerative diseases were reviewed.
