【Abstract】 Company’s strategic change decision is influenced by the external environment it faces. Based on the open system perspective, this paper analyzes the two dimensions of environmental uncertainty, namely, dynamic nature and richness to the enterprise strategic change, and further demonstrates the slack resources’ impact between the environmental uncertainty and strategic change. Taking the 2005-2016 A-share listed companies in Shanghai and Shenzhen stock markets as an example, we found that both environmental dynamics and richness have positive impacts on the degree of strategic change, and financial slack will positively influence the two dimensions of environmental uncertainty on the strategic change. Human resource slack will negatively influence the two dimensions of environmental uncertainty on the strategic change.更多还原
