高含固餐厨垃圾半干法厌氧发酵系统运行分析
Operation Analysis of Semi-dry Anaerobic Digestion System of High Solid Content Food Waste
【摘要】 对为期1年左右的上海浦东新区黎明有机质固废处理厂餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵工程工艺、生产运行状况进行了汇总分析。结果表明:采用基于完全混合式厌氧发酵反应器的半干法厌氧发酵工程,适合高含固餐厨垃圾的厌氧发酵和沼气生产;当厌氧系统维持进料的含固率在10%~20%时,进料有机负荷的年平均值为2. 31 kg VS/(m3·d),厌氧发酵液的溶解性化学需氧量(SCOD)均值为7 577 mg/L。运行期间厌氧发酵液pH、NH4+-N变化较平稳,碱度/挥发性脂肪酸(VFA/ALK)比值均小于0. 11。餐厨垃圾厌氧发酵的VS降解率平均值高达85. 40%,沼气产率均值为672. 09 Nm3/t VS;该厌氧发酵系统调试1年来各项运行指标良好,可为高含固餐厨垃圾半干法厌氧发酵工程提供有益参考。
【Abstract】 The process and operation status of anaerobic digestion(AD) system at Pudong liming organic waste treatment plant were summarized and analyzed in about 1 year period.The results showed that the semi-dry AD was fit for high solid content food waste.The annual average organic VS loading and SCOD of the AD system were2.31 kg VS/(m3·d) and 7 577 mg/L,respectively,when the TS content of the biogas feedstock maintained 10% to 20%.The pH and NH4+-N of the AD system changed smoothly,and all the VFA/ALK values were less than 0.11.The obtained average VS degradation rate of the food waste in the AD reactor reached 85.40%.The average biogas yield of the food waste was 672.09 Nm3/t VS.All the operation indexes of the AD system were good,which provides some reference for other food waste treatment projects.
