新型电动汽车电池防护仓研究
Research on New Battery Protection Poles for Electric Vehicles
【摘要】 阐述分析了电动汽车普通型电池仓的结构特点和不足,论证了电池防护仓的散热和安全要求。提出了一种新型结构的电池防护仓,该新型防护仓采用风扇强制通风,并能自动调节冷却强度;在温度的平衡控制方面,底部采用导热条,能及时将热量传递到外界;在安全方面,电池仓壁采用外壁、内壁和中间蜂窝夹层结构,既减轻了总量,又能对内部进行多层保护。最后,分析了电池仓及支架的其它功能要求。
【Abstract】 The structural characteristics and deficiencies of common battery compartments for electric vehicles are described and analyzed, and the requirements for heat dissipation and safety of battery protection compartments are demonstrated. A new type of battery protection compartment is proposed. The new protection compartment uses forced fan ventilation and can automatically adjust the cooling intensity. In terms of temperature balance control, the bottom is made of heat conducting strips, which can transfer heat to the outside in a timely manner; in terms of safety The wall of the battery compartment adopts the outer wall, the inner wall and the intermediate honeycomb sandwich structure,which not only reduces the total amount, but also protects the interior. Finally, other functional requirements of the battery compartment and bracket are analyzed.
