基于动态能力的高校协同创新过程评价

【摘要】 基于动态能力理论,构建协同创新投入-产出-转化过程模型并建立了相应的评价指标体系,以C9联盟高校为例对其协同创新能力和过程效率进行评价研究,以期为高校协同创新管理实践提供借鉴。实证结果表明,第一,C9联盟高校协同创新能力分化严重,投入、产出和转化越向后段差距越大,清华大学、上海交通大学和浙江大学整体实力突出;第二,对于C9联盟高校协同创新投入-产出、产出-转化和转化-投入效率,大部分高校协同创新投入-产出水平较高,但是产出-转化、转化-投入的效率较低,系统整体运行不畅。

【Abstract】 Based on the dynamic capability theory,this paper constructs the collaborative innovation input-output-transformation process model,establishes the corresponding evaluation index system to evaluate collaborative innovation capability and efficiency of C9 league colleges,so as to provide universities with reference of collaborative innovation management practice. The empirical results show that: first,collaborative innovation abilities of C9 league colleges is highly differentiated,the difference of input,output and transformation at the later stage is greater,the overall strength of Tsinghua University,Shanghai Jiaotong University and Zhejiang University is strong. Second,regarding to collaborative innovation efficiency of input-output,output-transformation and transformation-input,most of universities have higher collaborative innovation input-output level,but have lower efficiency of output-transformation and transformation-input,the overall system performs poorly.
