新型游梁式抽油机节能装置的研究
Study on a new beam pumping unit energy-saving device
【摘要】 针对游梁式抽油机电能能耗大和反向发电干扰电网品质问题,研制新型节能装置,对常规游梁式抽油机进行改造。本节能装置采用机、电、液一体化技术,分别从电机节能、平衡块机械能回收与释放两个方面来解决游梁式抽油机的节能问题,不但从理论上论证了新型游梁式抽油机节能装置的可行性,而且有较为完整的节能装置设计方案,具有很好的推广和应用价值。
【Abstract】 To solve the problem of huge energy comsuption of beam pumping unit and grid quality disturb of reverse power,we transformed the ordinary beam pumping unit and developed new energy-saving equipment,which uses mechanical-electrical-hydraulic integration technology,and solves the energy-saving problem of the beam pumping unit from two aspects of motor energy-saving and counterbalance mechanical energy recycling and releasing.This paper theoretically demonstrates the feasibility of a new beam pumping unit energy-saving devices,and also propose a complete energy-saving device design,which enjoys high promotion and application value.
