【摘要】 建设雄安新区是千年大计,是推进京津冀协同发展的重点和关键。本文结合国内外科技园区(产业新城)研究基础和实践进展,对国内外科技园区管理体制和融资模式创新进行系统梳理,得出了相关结论。本文针对雄安新区建设,提出了建设应用研究所联合体、试点房地产投资信托基金,以及谋划金融小镇等对策建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 The construction of Xiong’an New Area is a major program of the millennium and the key to promoting the coordinated development of Beijing,Tianjin and Hebei.A review upon the research basis for and practical progress of the construction of the science and technology parks or industrial new cities in China and beyond,and a systematic overview of the management systems and financing model innovations of those parks have led to relevant conclusions.Forthe construction of the Xiong’an New District,suggestions have been put forward about building the application and research consortium and setting the pilot real estate investment trust fund,as well as about the planning for the construction of financial towns and the improvement of venture investment services in the new area.更多还原
