【摘要】 目的探讨白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白细胞介素-8(IL-8)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)在矽肺患者体内的表达及其在自体免疫细胞(CIK)治疗后水平变化的意义。方法选取2012年1月至2016年12月该院确诊为矽肺1期的患者49例为观察组,同期选取49例体检健康者为对照组。对两组研究对象行IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α及肺功能检测,对比分析两组检测结果。有3例矽肺1期患者接受了CIK治疗,观察患者CIK治疗前后IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α及肺功能的变化。结果观察组IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组用力肺活量(FVC)、1秒用力呼气量(FEV1)、FEV1/FVC指标明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3例矽肺1期患者经CIK治疗后IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平有明显改善,肺功能较前明显好转。结论矽肺1期患者IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平普遍更高,具有较高诊断价值;3例矽肺1期患者经CIK治疗后IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平有明显改善,肺功能较前明显好转,值得进一步深入研究,也为职业性矽肺的治疗提供了新的思路。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8)and tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in silicosis and its changes after cytokine-induced killer(CIK)significance.Methods 49 cases of silicosis phase diagnosed patients in the hospital from January 2012 to December 2016 were selected as the observation group,and 49 healthy subjects were selected in the same period.IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αand lung function were measured in both groups.The results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.There are 3 cases of silicosis in 1 stage patients treated with CIK.The changes of IL-6,IL-8,TNF-αand lung function before and after CIK treatment were observed and compared.Results The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05);The forced vital capacity(FVC),1 sexpiratory volume(FEV1)and FEV1/FVC in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference were statistically significant(P<0.05).IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels in 3 patients with silicosis in 1 stage were significantly improved after CIK treatment.Pulmonary function significantly improved.Conclusion The levels of IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin patients with silicosis phase are generally higher.IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αlevels were significantly improved in 3 patients with silicosis phase after CIK treatment.Pulmonary function results was significantly improved.Those were worth of further study.It also provides a new way of thinking for the treatment of occupational silicosis.更多还原
