新媒体的负面效应与学校的角色担当

【摘要】 新媒体是继报刊、广播、电视等传统媒体以后发展起来的新的媒体形态。网络依赖与成瘾严重侵害儿童青少年的身心健康,不良的价值观和运行原则对儿童青少年影响深远,符号式机械思维阻碍青少年高级思维品质的形成,便捷且膨胀的二手信息提供方式易形成掺杂不良取向的信息浪潮。新媒体涉及多个学科领域,应推进社会各界形成全面、辩证、长远地看待新媒体优劣的新观念,形成各负其责的教育取向和强有力的监管对策;学校要切实担当起监督员、参谋员、指导员和协调员四种重要角色,形成各方参与并各尽其职、监督管理与教育疏导同时发力的治理新格局。

【Abstract】 New media is a new form of media developed after the traditional media such as newspapers,radio,television and so on.Network dependence and addiction seriously affect the physical and mental health of the children and adolescents.Bad values and conduct principles have a profound impact on children and adolescents.Inflexible thinking limited by internet symbols hinders the formation of children and adolescents’advanced thinking personality.Convenient and expansive source of second-hand information is easy to form a information wave with undesirable orientation.The new media involves a variety of areas,and it is necessary to promote a new,comprehensive,dialectical and long-term view about the new media’s advantages and disadvantages,and furthermore to establish a responsible education orientation and a strong regulatory mechanism.Schools should actually play important roles such as supervisors,advisers,instructors and coordinators,in order to construct a new governance structure where all parties involved take their own responsibility,and the supervisory mechanism as well as the educational guidance exert effects synchronously.
